Your practice data

What we store

• Your email address, used to sign you in.
• Transcripts of your practice calls.
• Your scores and tips for each call.
• Scripts you paste or upload, used only to score them and to run practice calls you start against them.
• Your credit balance and history.

Why

To score calls accurately and improve practice quality, and to keep your account history available across devices — including a future Arks mobile app using the same account.
